Are you talking about blasting emails, the SPAM way? or collecting opt-in's and then marketing?

Sendblaster is a good tool for the first, available in the downloads section.

For opt in marketing, Mailchimp seems cool, as it offers 12000 free emails a month with a subscriber limit of 2000. I tried aweber too, it's a lot easy to configure and use.
