There is TONS of practically identical software available, there are a few that do stand out though. SB is pretty good if you know how to use it and don't go around blasting links. Similarly, SENuke is quite extensive too but definitely takes at least an intermediate knowledge of SEO and good backlinking practices if you are to use it successfully.
Finally, the application in my signature is the product of choice for me, as it takes a whole new look at easy SEO. (shameless, plug)

Don't go out and buy a lot of software at once. That won't help you.
Start out in BST section and buy different links. SB, Xrumer, .edu, .gov etc.
Find out how these links look like and then start with one program, and lean how to use this program very good before you buy another.
