    Hey guys,

I have a question. I am looking to get into making some money online and I was thinking of providing a service. My background is in system building and virus/spyware removal. This all takes place offline. So my question is this. If you we're to buy any piece of software to provide a quality service to the online IM community. What would it be? Any help and opinions are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys!

softwares are only tools, if you don't know what you are doing even the best tool is worthless to you.

You have no idea what service you want to provide, heck you could just build some social accounts and get advertisers to pay you for links if you have a large following.

I guess what I'm asking is what would be the best way to make use of my offline skills to provide a service to the IM community, and what tools and or software could I use to aid me in making the transition from the offline service I already provide to a service I can provide online.

Truthfully I don't really see how you can use your direct offline skills to provide a service. Maybe someone else can tell you but most services come down to links, social, traffic, automation or design (yes I am oversimplifying things). Maybe you could do something with automation but the competition is high and usually very experienced.
