What software/platform are they using?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has the answer to this..
What software or platform are vendors using when they create products say if you go their webpage and you watch a sales video with no other options on the page but throughout the video optin forms and purchase details become available?

So certain content is restricted until a period of time in the sales video is reached? Any information is much appreciated.
