What software or tools does a seo expert use?

Tools like ahref, semrush, keyword revealer, Mozbar, and other small tools that help in scrapping competitors manually are SEO Meta tag 1 click, ubersuggest, etc.

That's what I use:

Backlink analysis: Ahrefs
Website audits: Screaming Frog and many other online tools
Keyword tool: RankTracker's keyword tool and Jaaxy
Rank tracking: RankTracker
Content writing: WordHero, Wordplay, Grammarly and ProWritingAid
Link building: GSA SER and Moneyrobot

Website audits: Screaming Frog and many other online tools
Don't you use the Website Audit feature in AHREFs/ SEMRush to scan a website and find issues? Does ScreamingFrog gives more detailed information than these two?

I work in SEO, SEM and web marketing from more then 10 years ago. My actual tools are Python and experience.
Semrush, aHrefs and similars are scam... their cost is too expensive for their value. I used its and many others for many years... but i cancelled they one by one.

I think that the correct value for semrush is max 9,90€/month. In this case it's a good product for help daily basic work...

I've not compared both, but as I'm a longtime user of screaming frog so I'm more use to it.

I am no seo expert but I use Keyword research, keyword tracking, pa da checker, wp on page seo, site checker, topical grouping, comment poster, link builder tools and social media bots.

Ok, I use SEMRush to do site audit. I do not use any other paid tool for this because it will be an additional cost for me.

I think you should certainly compare ahref site audit with screaming frog ... May be you will save few bucks ;)
