Clearly Powerpoint, and a badly animated one at that.
Not biteable. I do a lot of work in biteable, and you would have to be braindead to produce such a week "slideshow"

This is very basic and quite poor actualky, he is using slide to left on the 1st text box and immediately slide to right on the 2nd text box. The 1st one is exit animation the 2nd one is entry animation and the 2nd one is triggered by the 1st.

The best software for video editing is Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro.
