Hi, looking to improve my conversion rate on a few affiliate websites, but haven't found an easy to use program yet.

Any suggestions?

To increase your CRO the only effective way is by testing your copy and placements with heatmaps.
If it's based on WP there are multiple plugins that give a AIO solution like Nelio AB...
If you have your own site, I may recommend you Lucky Orange, which is pretty awesome. You may only need to code a 50/50 rule for certain route and plugin the funnels and heatmaps scripts from lucky orange

Yes its wordpress and my own.

Looking to split test comparisson tables and buttons.

Will checkout Nelio AB

Two important things that will immediately increase your conversion rate is

1. Site speed
2. Scroll based tests

SITE SPEED
About 60% of users bounce off your site if it takes more than 4 seconds to load

Start working towards a sweet spot of a 3 second load speed. I have a store that reaches over 5k people a day and the simplest way for conv increase was site speed

SCROLL BASED TESTS
Secondly, go to your google analytics and begin setting up events based off scroll.
If someone scrolls for e.x 25% of your page and the conv rate for people who scroll that 25% is 1.5%, compare that to the people who reach 50% of your page. This will allow you to see what is working, where are people bouncing off, what ist he winning selling point that is instigating the highest conversion rate. etc

thanks for the comment ,but not really what I am looking for.

So I guess what I am saying is, is there a good A/B testing software to compare two versions of one website?
