Right off the top of my head, Twitter as well as Tumblr allow adult content.
Instagram, you have to be very careful.
They've been cracking down.
Although if you are promoting OnlyFans or similar type of a similar adult platform, your conversion rate is going to be better when you use Instagram compared to other platforms like TikTok.

Any site that allows you to make a profile can potentially be a source of traffic
I've seen profile pages on Quora that were mass generated to get traffic for onlyfans pages
These quora accounts are sneaky since they don't post answers.
Instead, they mass follow people who recently posted answers

There isn't any better content than reddit. I think people also engage a lot on reddit compared to Twitter or any other platform.

gab used to be porn friendly. new-ish site. ton of traffic. eventually admin put a stop to it.
check out parler. they are still allowing adult i think
gab, parler, rumble....who else...truth social. trump's social media experiment. google doesn't say anything about them banning porn.
look @ all those small twitter clones popping up. some of them aren't too small. like mastodon. but mastodon is weird with its federation of instances.
lastly do some googling to find popular twitter clones in other countries. just found https://www.similarweb.com/website/www.kooapp.com/ indian company. but 40% of traffic is from BR because it's apparently a portugese slang word for "asshole". not that BR has that high epc's anyway. but should point you in the right direction once you pivot your social media search to nordic countries for instance.
