U may check thedarkgram(dot)com. I'm using their ig service. (they aren't sell anything besides IG ) They also have a SL thread here.

What is the biggest panel you know? Some with 9 digits of orders?

The size of a panel doesnt really matter, other than youre most likely gonna get shit support.

Amount of orders a panel had processed also doesnt matter much, as it can be faked.

That said, i guess the super popular panels can give a sense of comfort knowing that theyre not total scammers and that youre not the only one using them. But its not worth much.

The warranties are not panel-specific, but service-specific. Different panels will have different refill guarantees for different services.

Even the refill warranties arent worth much frankly. Its panels actually repecting and giving you a refill if you need one that matters.

I had panels take a month to deliver, not deliver, mark order completed, and when i complain they say the order is completed and refill time expired. And i know for a fact the order was never completed in the first place.

So, yeah..

You can check the BHW forum to measure the reliability of SMM panels.
