As a French reseller i'm using this one : https://dripfeedpanel.com/services (they are reseller too)
It's the cheapest & Reliable panel i know.
For a provider (everyone is looking for it on bhw) you can find : https://hqsmartpanel.com/services
they are in my opinion 70% providers 30% resellers.
If you find anything better let me know but i dont think it's possible

HQ smarts are resellers too.
The guys behind it are the creator of smart panel on codecanyon, the features they are adding forced smartpanel buyers to use their hq smartpanel as the source for reselling. I can confirm they're reselling from another big panel that provides huge amounts of SMM services.
Multiple Providers => Big Reseller => Small Reseller => Retailers
The provider is an individual or team that offer one type of service at the time.

I would not recommend dripfeedpanel, last week when lots of panels had problems with YT services, I decided to try them out. Sent paypal payment and waited 48h+ until they checked my ticket and added balance.
fans4biz.com - good prices, slow support.
smm.net - normal prices, best support I've seen in smm panel world
You're right. Hq smart panel was not started more than 2- 3 months ago. He is just a reseller forcing smartpanel users to buy from him.
Mostly providers will have just 1 or 2 services in their panel.

They have many services as "Cheapest on the planet" and i ve never seen cheaper by far when they say it. When i ask the support if they were provider he said me, most reselling but they provides some services.
If you guy have info about the main Provider share it

I'm a new reseller based in NYC, when I think I'm getting good deals with my providers, and resellers, I always find new ones, good thread this one

I always look for a smm panel which provide high quality service and best customer support. Most of smm panel don't want to provide any support, this is a big problem. So, I don't look only at price, I look at support and payment methods too.

which is why most SMM Panels at the moment are found wanting...there is a major problem out there for the past 3 days with total non delivery of streams and downloads from the biggest platform and none of the SMM Panels have an adequate response yet.
