Well if you can afford it, you should wait a couple of days (or maybe month) to get new phones likes Samsung S5, HTC M8 and many new phones that will show up on 24. february in barcelona

I also have a Galaxy S3 and really like the phone after the Ice Cream Sandwich update. That update addressed a lot of the shortcoming I had regarding the phone.
Previously I had an iPhone which was good but the lack of MicroSD card and the ability to swap out batteries was always a big turnoff for me. I bought two spare batteries at $3 a pop at Amazon and I have no worries regarding the phone dying or being tethered for a charge.

I'm using the HTC One right now, great battery life and it's extremely fast compared to my old phone.

im using iphone 5s. If I'm planning on moving to new phone, I prefer Ubuntu Edge.
