Same as charon.styx. They only say about surface sleeping postures. When in hammock its diff, on tree...well more diff. So its incomplete. I go through all of them including falling from bed sometimes when excited.

I use all of them,but most common fetus I think it's hard to sleep when you are in one position and don't move.
