Communication is likely the skill that everyone should learn as soon as possible . When people are able to communicate clearly and respectfully , a lot of opportunities , relationships , and problems get better . One more strong choice would be man management . Many students learn difficult things in school but never learn how to budget , save or work through debt . Having discipline is another one . Long-term success can be achieved in almost any area by learning how to do important things even when you do not feel motivated . There may not be a simple right answer , But it is clear that some life skills are more important than young people think .
What do you think every kid should learn early on that will help them as a adult ? Want to know what people value most.

I think, kid should learn to pause, understand the situation, then respond , not just react.
That one habit builds better decisions, stronger relationships, and real maturity over time.

Sales is probably one of the most useful real-life skills, especially when it’s done as persuasion, negotiation, and building relationships not just about closing deals.

I'd say empathy, especially nowadays when almost everyone you're in communication with is anonymous behind a screen, possibly from some vastly different culture / place in their life and you are not forced to interact as you would in real life face-to-face (kind, with respect due to fear of social repercussions)

So what about people who work online?

Are you even a real person bro. You ever met the ban hammer before? ;)

Communication is definitely one of the most important skills because it affects almost every area of life from relationships to career growth another key skill I would add is financial literacy learning how to manage money early helps avoid a lot of future stress and builds independence over time

Top skills, being a mover, opposer, a great bystander, and an interventionist.
