What site structure makes more sense?

I am currently building a website for the best designed themes and since I won't focus on just one content management system I wonder what site structure makes more sense and is more beneficial for the best possible rankings.

Structure A:

Collections -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/collections/wordpress-landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )
Collections -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/collections/squarespace-landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )

Structure B:

Wordpress -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/wordpress/landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )
Shopify -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/shopify/landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )
Squarespace -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/squarespace/landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )
Wix -> Theme ( https://mysite.com/wix/landing-page -> https://mysite.com/theme/example-theme )

If you have the time I would appreciate it if you could explain why and what structure is better.

I think structure B is better
