Looks easy.Go for it, it usually take 3 to 4 weeks if you do the seo right.

Forget about it, 600 searches is not enough.
Are you in the UK?
If so, and if the global monthly searches is at least a few thousand then go back to the keyword tool and set your country to United States. Then search for the keyword.
If you then get at least 2,000 local monthly searches then it would be worth going after. However, make sure you get hosting in the United States at that point because you want to host your site in the country that your trying to rank it for.

I'm guessing your plan is to monetize this with adsense right?
What that graph shows is your estimated earnings when you rank at the #1 spot for a 600 local search, $4 CPC keyword.
This keyword is no good, you won't always get $4 per click on adsense, so actually your looking at about only $20+/per month.
Try to find another keyword that is atleast 4K local searches per month with minimum competition.
