I simply want to logon to a 2nd Facebook biz account to place ads but use a different IP than the one that's tied to my personal account, just in case the biz one gets banned.

What do you suggest for a total newbie as for as using proxies to do this?

If you only have one I think you're ok. I have a personal one and I just signed up another one to cash in for another $100 ad voucher and it got banned the next day but my main account wasn't. If you open another, add some friends, customize your profile, etc. before setting up ads-- I'm still waiting on an explanation from them about why my account was disabled but I think it's because I just used it to advertise solely.

Thanks, but what if I have more than 1 biz account on there? Then do I need to be on a proxy? If so, what is a simple one a newb can use?

yes I would reccomend using diff private proxies. They are all the same difficulty level to "use". There are people here at BHW selling proxies. I believe texacola is selling some. Check the BST section.
