I got an eBook like that. Its VERY good. I use it every time I do something with DP. I need ideas, please, keep submitting ideas, maybe a tad more descriptive.

i used to buy a domain for $10, install wordpress with feedwordpress and pull articles and sell the site for $25, but im bored of that now and am selling better things there, but yeah, thats a good way to start selling on dp and building some rep.

For that you would need hosting also?

just get a shared hosting somewhere with unlimited domains, and ask the buyer to transfer away the site after the purchase
Just sell anything. If you know how to code you can go to the programming part of the service section and look for those guys who need PSDs coded in HTML or CSS. There are tons of them everyday. If you can make some logos, go to the design part of the service section and again look for the guys who want their logo designed - once again, tons of them each day.
You just have to look around the BST and see what you can do or sell to get some quick money.

Find 10 method/ebooks from this forum. Rewrite them. Put them all in one and sell it on DP and Say "10 VIP Unsaturated Black Hat Methods - Earn X a day" (for x add up the claimed amounts per day from the 10 methods you used). Then get some people to review it before you release it and then start selling it. That should work.

Haha, I already found this out. I am doing DP first then WF. I am getting the startup $$ from DP then moving to WF.

No offense, but don't you think that re-writing 10 ebooks is too much effort to make a few bucks at DP?

Was thinking the same thing. I have made money on DP before, just listed a eBook for $9 on Facebook CPA. Lets see if it is the same still.

Yes, write just one report. Create an irresistible headline (selling them a dream) and price it reasonably. That should get you the quick start-up money you were looking for.
BTW, the advice "LiamLC" gave you regarding re-writing 10 ebooks/methods is not bad. But to make it worth your while, you should offer it as a WSO on WF and charge at least $37 for it.
