What should I provide as a gig upsell?

I was wondering what's the best strategy, to stealthy promote affiliate products in the ebook or should I just focus on teaching the method to drive traffic and using fb ads gigs as an upsell then giveaway a bonus that can be downloaded on the blog to build my email list
