Hungry af, poor af, so cheap food is appreciated.
Something simple as well, since my mental state is shit these days, so I don't have a lot of excess energy.

A bowl of soothing music with a few pinches of meditation and some fruits should be delicious and healthy.

Eggs with rice, carrots and a bit of soy sauce. One of my favorites and a nutritious meal.

Eggs with rice & carrots doesn't sound too bad :) Unfortunately the cheapest soy sauce is about $14, and I never eat it, so that would be a lot of money for a single dish :/ Appreciate the suggestion though!

Soy sauce is just an extra. You could try any sauce, or even some himalayan pink salt.

the cheapest option ever ...

A simple Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. It's simple as hell and you can make it with 4 ingredients - spaghetti/pasta, olive oil, garlic, salt.

It's so easy to make but it's really good

This is what I’m having - it’s soya, boiled rice, spring onions and red chillis. Quick, cheap and easy to cook. It’s also very tasty.

But for easy dinners I basically just have any vegetables + rice. Normally chilli, peppers, brocolli, or something similar.

If you are on a tight budget here is what I can suggest: Top ramen noodles with a can of tuna.
