Linode and DO are very very good! Highly recommend them

You should know how to manage a server. I know that's blunt but the bottom line is that if you want to go unmanaged you had better have a handle on how it works. Assuming that you do, I like RamNode. I don't have any reliability issues at all and they've been my main provider for a couple of years
