What Should I Do.

So, I made a website. And put all effort in ranking it up. Now its getting some organic visitors. But the problem lies in that its stuck at position 2 for main keyword and the competitor on no. 1 has PA of almost 47. My site has 39 (yea, I know PA is just a very vague estimate). I have replicated as many backlinks as possible from my competitor. But I cant do most of them because he is link exchanging with other 'high-pa' sites. I also have made backlinks on blogs by finding spam comments and replicating them. What should I do now? Should I do multi-tiered backlinking? But I don't have enough budget atm to buy GSA and VPS etc. What are some other possible manual linkbuilding methods that are suggested. Yea, I can buy some quick Fiverr service if there is any for quick multi tiered backlinks.

OP, build a PBN and out rank them HARD. PBN is the new meta in ranking in competitive niches.
 
My domain is based on original keyword. I dont think I can rank for other keywords.

It's easier to beat sites in other positions than It is to beat the no. 1 site. Since you don't have enough funds to buy GSA, you have to purchase links from those offering GSA link building services.

I deduced from your post above that you haven't tried PBN posts yet. Get some from highprsociety.co or BHW's marketplace. They might help you outrank the no. 1 site.

Yes you can :), you can strengthen your sites main keyword by adding more smiler keywords with new pages that has unique content and building backlinks to those pages.

Thanks for the replies. I will give more keywords a try and also try to give a spin to buying PBN links :)
 
Anything that contains a link back to your website will never die!
