One of my sites was ranking well on the first page. The site is pretty new..
Yesterday, for some reason, google decided to de-index my domain and index the the site in this format: 123.45.56.78/mydomain.com/
This caused php errors on my page.
All keywords have now dropped out of the top 100.
I have since set up a redirect from 123.45.56.78/mydomain.com/ to www.mydomain.com
12 hours later google is yet to re-index my site on the correct domain.
How long should it take for my rankings to come back?
Is there anything you could suggest?
I was thinking of blasting the wrong URL with scrapebox. This would alert google of the redirect. However I'm not sure if this would be harmful or not.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
