ok, my verified paypal account with my real details is currently in the red due to a few chargebacks from f%$King scam buyers and ebay fees again from my personal ebay account.
    i owe them about £200.
do i reli have to pay this? or can i somehow close my accounts and forget about it?
or will ebay and paypal contact me because they have my real address etc?

if this is possible, i still want to use paypal. how easy would it be to open a new account asap?

    Thanks

The truth is that when you opened a paypal account, you authorized them by agreement to pay any money on your behalf and that leaves you a debtor to paypal until you balance your account irrespective of how the debt was incurred.

You live in Uk and I can assure you that they are going to come after you and possibly damage your credit record if you have a good one. £200 may be big depending on your circumstances but it does not worth the stress that it will make you to undergo, and bear in mind that if they involve debt collectors, you may end up coughing twice that.

    Goodluck
