What should I do with this Youtube channel?

This is one of the oldest online assets I have. Created it back when I was in high school.
It's a music channel. Obviously, I don't own the music. It's very freaking old, ranks immediately for any keywords in the niche.

It had soooo many videos back in the days. It was even monetized at some point, but let us all thank Logan Paul.
I deleted all the videos that were claimed, kept the ones that are copyright free (mostly pitched to me by bands and artists).

I'm really not sure what to do with it at the moment.
Should I change the niche and let it completely die (did that with another music channel)?

Should I try CPA? (Tried for a while, didn't exert much effort, didn't get anything out of it)

Should I upset my subs with unrelated copyright free music?

Should I sell it? (Not going to, probably won't cost anything)

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

It honestly has its sentimental value to me.

What do you think I should do to benefit from it any other way?
 
Sell it or start to grow it. No value if you do not use it.
 
I wouldn't worry too much about your subs if you wanted to start doing videos from another niche. Some subs will leave but not enough to endanger monetization. So once you reach 4,000 watch hours you could apply for Monetization if you were wanting to go that route with it.
 
Doesn't seem it would amount to anything running a old music channel, however it can be revived but you will be better off selling it and starting something new, planning is important.
 
Honestly, I would just keep it. It's still very sentimental to me, and I uploaded tons of music back in the days to bands that really deserved a chance. I would hate to take their videos down.
 
Change the niche and start doing youtube. If not, just sell it. A 2009 yt accounts can bring you few hundred of dollars if you find the right buyer.
 
Hire a VA and keep it running. It won't catchup soon.
 
I have a similar channel in the same niche from 2012. I don't use it anymore but it's still generating views. I understand that you don't want to sell it since it has emotional value. Maybe just leave it in case you restart the channel in the future.
 
If you can't handle it, you should probably give hire someone to build it for you, I suggest continuing music, then sell it.
