What should I do with this domain?

Hi everyone,

For anyone who doesn't know the new xbox was announced yesterday and so I tried to be quick in registering a related domain. Sadly I wasn't quick enough to get any of the real good ones but I did manage to register Xbox1chat.com

Now, the question is what should I do with it? Should I spend weeks and months setting up and trying to populate a forum or should I setup a blog or should I just try and flip the domain? I have a bit of time on my hands for the next few weeks but I am not hugely experienced with this sort of thing. May be open to a jv of some sort if anyone has any ideas.

But what content should I put on there to try and rank it? Forum, blog, other?

forums are tough to maintain without too much contribution and content. Always go with blog and fill the relevant content and target more and more long tail keywords in hundreds and then you can flip for good money.
