Hello,
I created a website for a local business in my area: eavestroughcleaningtoronto.net right now it is jumping from 1st page to 2nd page for the term: eaves trough cleaning, gutter cleaning, repair, install etc. when you do a google search in Toronto. (as well as if you include Toronto in your search)
Problem, the person I originally made it for backed out, and no longer wants a website because he is closing shop. I am now left with this domain, and I am not sure what to do.. If I should try to sell it off on flippa, post it on local classifieds, put in enough money to rank it to top 3 positions and try to sell leads, etcc.
Some info about it is: The terms the website is ranked for averages 350 searches a month. An average eaves trough cleaning here costs $100-$200 depending on the house size. It would probably cost about $50 to rank it to a top 3 spot from where it is now.
