What should I do with these videos?

So I have about 18 review videos that I had created for a number of affiliate products in the health, weight loss, and beauty niche. about 10 of the vids are from the same reviewer. The other 8 are from 2 or 3 different people.

I have an account that's about a year and a half old. There are 2 powerpoint style vids on there for a few health products. I blasted those vids with about 20k views each back in the early days, but haven't touched them since. They still rank for their now defunct products. I was thinking that I would put the vids on that account and then opimize the account for a weightloss of beauty related keyword.

Would that be a good way to go, or should I create some new accounts and put the vids on those? One option would be to create an account for the vids that are all from the same reviewer. What do you think?
Thanks.

Mike

Not much. They're ranked for specific product names that are no longer around.

Then I think that answers your question. Delete those videos and start afresh. There's absolutely no reason for you to go into a niche you're not particularly interested in just because you're nostalgic about some videos you made back in the day.

I would personally create separate accounts, but only do this if you understand proxies and such. Find a method to not need to clear your cookies after each session in separate accounts. This can be achieved by using separate chrome installations, etc.

The new vids are in the same niche as those old vids, health and beauty. I was talking about using that account because its aged a bit. Wouldn't that one be better to use than some new account with no history? Im looking for the strategy forblongevity and ease of ranking. Wouldnt it be a good idea to make use of that old account? I wouldnt need to delete the old vids because theyre in the same niche.,

Sorry I misunderstood. If you still want to make videos for the same niche then by all means keep that old account and don't delete the videos. Channel authority is pretty handy these days when it comes to YouTube ranking :)

I would keep it on your same account on optimize from there. Chances are the vids are already indexed and could be getting organic traffic.
