If they are set up why not do what you planned to do with them when you set them up?

Try 6 different niches, a niche per site and see which one converts the best and then put all your efforts into scaling the best producing one.

use them for the same purpose you made them for in the first place? or sell it to someone else who needs a website but has no expertise

I assume you were going to create eshops if you have Woocommerce installed on them. So make 6 niche shops and fill then with products from aliexpress and dropship?

Did you create those ECom stores for Fun??

If yes then you complete your task.

If no, Do Some SEO give them traffic to buy content from your site. Spend some money on ADs to get high converting traffic.

I think you can make powerful ecommerce website.
And some website for blogging about any product with good search volume and low competition.
