What Should I do With My Ranking YouTube Video ?

I uploaded the video in June and I forgot sent backlinks for a little while but then stopped(I dont remember why). The video has decent amount of social shares, views, and likes. However it only has about 300 backlinks and it is ranking 5th for a keyword that gets 7,000 searches.

My question is should I start building links to it or should I not fix something that is not broken and let it be?

If you think I should start building links, how many per day would be enough?

Compare backlinks with other top of videos. then you can count how many backlinks you need

more backlinks the more you rank

This should be depending on you as you know the niche and your competitors. See how many videos are than on the Page 1, and then analyze them.

How many competitor for your video keywords
i think, you must also set tag for better optimizer

Thanks for all your responses. I decided to sen 20 verified links per day to my video pr3+ just to play it safe, with a 2nd tier. I will increase the links weekly.
