What should I do with a content from penalized site?

My website was penalized by google 1.5 month ago (massive link building...the content is all good and unique). I have tried to recover it, but no luck, so I decided to build a new one on new domain ( no 301 redirect).
Can I put noindex nofollow to my penalized site and use that content on a new website, or it's better to write all new content? In this case how can I benefit from the content that are on penalized website?

Using webmaster tools remove old site from google's index, and then reuse the same content on your new domain.

Why not just be sure and remove it from the original site? If you're prepared to no-index it you're obviously not doing anything with it.

Hmm, this is intrresting to me, one of my sites dosn't get nothing indexed. I'll probably just remove the content, get new domain and republish most of it... maybe a little of spinning, but I'll watch this thread for any sugestion.
