What should I do with 5M email list?

Determine how old they are, filter out the emails that are inapplicable(fake, .gov), and then try to check the valdity of them if possible. TBH the expiration date on emails is commonly a year or two, so if it's more than that, eh. What I've learnt so far:
A lot of new terminology related to email marketing, but not only to. Difference between SOI, DOI, Opt In/Out, ESP's (email service providers), Catch-all, for mail server MDA (mail delivery agent), MTA (mail transfer agent) like postfix, MUA ( mail user agent), MHS (mail handling services)
In the process of building an email list, emails must be cleaned, to reduce bounce rate, spam, opt outs and so
I did some research, And I like the services, services, services like Mailchimp (and API's) that offer free tier (could be good for a quickstart)

I've also learnt that could be difficult if not impossible to create adult campaigns for email marketing with free services. Alternatives are, YNOTmail (that's not free), or VPS + mailing server, that are not free. Maybe there should be preoconfigured / managed / bundled mail servers for a flat price (to reduce complexity).

I wonder If someone knows a free/freemium alternative to YNOT that allow adult email marketing campaigns. I mean, at least to have a free tier, a trial....
