1. Buy Facebook likes using Facebook ads, target Worldwide/ 2nd tier countries Eg: Bangladesh to get it cheap and send to an Adsense website.
2. Get Masplanner and grow some accounts and send traffic to your blog.

Should be enough with $250, Good luck

make a longterm money making website, hire writer, promote on pinterest, buy repins, buy board invites.

Yeah I am careful..well one thing I invested in is working actually but it is becuase of the guy who was motivated to hand me more stuff over so I can start making money qucikly (so he can make money through me rev share lol )

PPC Cloaking could be a bit more difficult, I have a small list of cloakers from yet another guy from here.

At $50 to $80 bucks you could score a decent second hand desktop PC , if you're lucky maybe at $30. Still have plenty left...

Best way setup your own store:
1. Create website; get a hosting create a website store like opencard,wordpress store, ext.
- Where to get the product? Aliexpress, Alibaba, Ebay, ext..(once customer order from you, order from this site- no investment for product)
2. Use adwords and facebook ads to bring customer..increase expend on ads once get profit..
3. Repeat..

Honestly, that's like asking a brick wall what to do with $250
You don't give us anything but $250, and have us throw suggestions at you.
Maybe tell us, what your skills set are, what can you do, what interest you.
What have you done before, have u ever threw $250 at xxx and it backfired? and now you trying to do something else?
yeah we know nothing, so might aswell just go to your local casino and wish for the best and im being straight up honest.

So here my idea, if i had $250, ill repeat whatever i did to get that 250 and scale.

The problem with questions like these are that we need to know their skill-set before we answer.

Does OP have any experience in SEO or IM? Can he code HTML? Does he own any SEO tools?? Does he know Adsense?

The problem is often that this is the first question a newbie asks... but without skills (that they can typically learn for free) they can't put anything we recommend into practice.

So if OP is serious, they need to at least give us an idea of what they are capable of... otherwise they've just wasted a few seconds of several strangers time.

You can buy some Micro Niche sites or make your own with some keyword research, then earn some money with it and resell it etc.
You can do some dropshipping but it may be hard with the amount of money you have.
You can hire some people on freelancer.com to write a software for you and sell that software after.
