I cannot find suitable thread to post this one, so I am posting this one in lounge. I need advice on a matter, that has happenned recently with me.
I am not a content writer, but I do have a small team of freelancers.

I took project from a guy (total 900$) to write 300 articles, he paid me 300$ upfront and the deal was to save all the articles in his drafts folder on wordpress site. I completed the project 3 days before timeline and when I asked him about remaining money, he said he will pay tommorrow, which never came. Luckily he didn't publish the content and neither paid the remianing amount. I had to pay the writers, which I did from my own account. After waiting 3 weeks for payment, I deleted all articles from his site, and when I checked those in copyscape, they were good. Now the guy is not even responding to my calls and messages, and I have 300 articles with me. What should I do with these articles, please guide me here:
Here are options I have:

1. I can report to Police and post all over social networks. I have his facebook account, chat records, sms and call records. But I am not sure that Police is going to take some serious action.

2. I can think of those $300 and the website idea as a gift and start my own website, and make money for long time. I am pretty sure that these articles can attract and engage the users.

3. Or I can find some third person and sell him the articles for $600 and recover my lose. $600 makes about 35000 in my country.

Please suggest me what to do???

Go with #3.

You can sell to one or even multiple people.
People will appreciate the speed of delivery since the articles have already been written.

I don't have his office address, just his mobile number and Facebook ID, which I suspect is fake. And I do have all the proofs.
If I go with third option, finding people who want that specific niche might be a problem.
