What should I do if my website is maliciously mirrored?

My website was maliciously mirrored by someone, and two websites(mjjbag78.com and bijindo11.com) were created. These two websites are exactly the same as my website. All the content is from my website. He just replaced my domain name with his. The logo on the picture is still mine. Now I can't open his website. It's been a month since I complained to Google and there's been no response. Complaining to the domain name agency is also useless. How should I respond.

File DMCA and complain to both host and registrar.

Do it consistently.

I don’t know how to submit the DMCA process. I gave feedback to the registrar, but they ignored me.

try to find hosting company and ask to take down site if he are not dmca ignored hosting

File a DMCA takedown notice with the web hosts of the offending sites as they often respond faster than domain registrars. If that doesn't work, a cease and desist letter from a lawyer might make the copier reconsider
