What should i do for outsourcing?

    Hi mates,

    A guy that have 15 websites have asked me to prepare a proposal to help him in getting higher rankings in Search engines. I will outsource some services.

    Social bookmarking
    Backlink building
    etc

    But what should i add to this package?
