What should i do ecommerce gurus?

Ok so I have created a solid e-commerce site. Really researched optimal converison landing pages etc. and believe I have a solid website.

What is the first step into getting my site to rank well on google in a mediocre difficulty level keyword.

I have researched a lot about SEO interms of backlinks etc.

Should I invest into one of the services in the blackhatworld market place? Or just download scrapebox and learn on my own.
 
Advertise on BHW
do your own article product reviews and always tag a direct link to it.
 
If you want to rank fast, I suggest you hire experts rather than doing it yourself.
 
The website is an indian jewelry e-commerce. Inwhich we manufacture the jewelry. I was thinking of ways to advertise this niche and compete in google ranks
 
do you suggest purchasing anything such as GSA or scrapebox to attempt to do some SEO my self to save some money?

Let's see, Indian Jewelry is a lucrative segment so your competitors should be knowledgeable and may hire experts to maintain rankings.

If you're both an expert in IM and knowledgeable, you are doing good.
If not, I humbly suggest you to either buy a BST service + maintainance package or hire a team of freelancer to render assistance.
Note: Either way must have the basic fundamentals in Indian Jewlry niche.

there are lot of blogs available on the internet for beginners to understand seo, if you will give some days reading them than you can have some good idea about seo.
 
Content reviews ,lots of them will drive some good traffic.
 
You are competing in a very competitive niche mate, I know some of these guys like suratdiamonds who spend lakhs a month in their online marketing budget.

Just learning GSA or SB wont cut it, better hire an expert you can help you in all aspects. You need to cover Social Media as well not just SEO.
 
I run several e-commerce websites and I would never buy a service from BHW. Not that some aren't really good but the risk vs reward does not add up. Content is king. IT's been said many times before and it will continue to be said. Create you own links over time, submit to directories and make it look really natural. But I cannot stress the importance of content, text, images and videos. Also videos will help a product convert because it will answer some of the millions of questions customers will be asking themselves.

Also, keep your order fulfillment in tip top order. After ever purchase a buyer will feel some remorse for spending the money. If you can get the product to them quickly, they will forget about the money and forget about the remorse they felt, thus improving your chances of a return customer, referrals ect...

I also have a blog associated with the e-commerce store, should i do product reviews of my own product? Everything I am selling is my own design and manufactured by me.

You are right about surat diamonds but that is INDIA's google.

I am talking about USA. I am located in USA and the competition for that is weak.

Unfortunately since these are handcrafted fine jewelry. They take 2-3 weeks to deliver. But good thing is, every one who sells fine jewelry this takes this long too.

If you're in India then just hire people to do it, that's the homeland of cheap SEO labor.

I like some of the BHW Seo backlink packages available but yes I am hiring some people from India (with experience) for some needs. I am from USA.

I am just trying to figure out the next steps after getting an e-commerce store off the ground.

I have attached 2-3 sentences per product and I have optimized the meta tags for each product.

I understand I should be creating content, which I am trying to do with my blog.

But other than that should I be emailing other sites to get backlinks? Or should i be guest commenting like scrapebox does?

Lastly, do you guys think "indian jewelry" can be conquered in the USA google SERP?

If you are not doing "churn and burn" then do NOT buy services from this site. If you do buy services, make sure the links are not coming from private networks. It sounds like you are trying to create a brand and if you decide to go totally black hat, your site will most likely get hit with a penalty and all your work will be for not.

If you want to rank for certain keyword terms get a few high quality links and that is all you will need.

You are right I am definitely not trying to do churn and burn, but aren't there services on BHW that aren't BHW and provide good quality backlinks? Could i rely on those?

lastly, what do you mean by private networks?
 
Safest way to do this.
Buy a couple more domains fill them with articles promoting your poducts and have them link to your site via a fully controllable link shortner service. Rank thous sites via a seo service and maybe try ranking one yourself so you csn learn the game.

Next slowely "white hat" your money site with good solid links. Slowly....

When trash sites lose rank 301 to new site and rank that trash site.

Now your money site is protected and you get traffic fast. Win- win
