What to do??

I am hearing so many things but I have no idea what's the best and rightest thing to do.
There's a website that competes my site and he's getting crazy rankings for unknown reasons.
His growth is just crazy and I have no idea what this guy is doing and how he get these crazy rankings.


Some ideas please?

Not going to lie bud but going off this post I suggest staying away from doing any article or blog writing yourself and hire a professional. You already have the ideas in place now its up to you to actually implement them through a professional of course.

Also plenty of high quality readable text on pages, remember google marks a whole site not just pages

guest blogging on popular high traffic blogs.

youtube is one of the best ways to get traffic as long as your videos up and people view it the traffic will not end.

Do all the things you're saying - but do it everyday, don't skip even a single day - start from very low - grow very very slowly - never give up and be prepare to go exactly this way for a loooong time before you reach your goal.
