Alright so I recently ofloaded almost all my blogs for basically pennies each because thats what they were making, literally pennies a day/month some even less.

One of these sites the NEW owner didnt remove my adsense from.

I noticed a spike in traffic and a click today.

I visited the wp-admin to see if he changed the password there and he has not as well as the ftp.

I viewed the stat logs and the traffic comes from flippa where he is selling this site for $200 after I sold it to him for $10.

He has posted in his Flippa Auction fake Google Adsense Earnings Images stating he earns $60 a month And Fake Traffic Images. Images which state he was earning from this site at the beginning of september when he didnt even own it until the beginning of October.

There has already been one bid of $200. I really dont want someone to blow that money on a site they will earn nothing on.

What can I do to stop this while not having any problems with our previous paypal transaction or a dispute in my account???

You are wasting your time worrying about this.

Sounds like you should start building and selling your sites on Flippa.

If it's Adsense that you're worrying about and you getting the ban hammer from Adsense, then tell Google that you've sold that particular site and request it for removing it from your list. Convince them, give them the date it was sold, and you should be ok, IMO. Rest of the story is, the new site owner can go to hell with whatever he is attempting. :D

And yeah, tell Flippa that the new owner is giving out fake info.

The point is hes scamming someone out of $200 with fake earnings and fake traffic images.

I dont care about adsense, that I can handle.

Im not going to disclose his details just yet, apparently he's only sold one other site on flippa though

Then tell Flippa that the new owner is scamming and give them the proofs. It will be a nice gesture! :D

Tell him personally that he is misusing your initial efforts and if he doesn't stop the misuse, they you may report him to the proper authorities. That would put an end to his little misadventure.

Well, what would you tell me if I presented you the same query? ;) Then do exactly that and see. :)

Or let the PP dispute happen, and you quickly buy back your site, then reload it to Flippa for $210

PP will understand your case if you give details to why the dispute. You may lose $10 but at least you'll sleep better.:)

well I complained to flippa, just went back to the auction now and see this.
