What should I consider before allowing guest posts on my site?

I got an offer from a Media Agency. They want to post guest posts without sponsored tags and with ******** links. What should I consider before agreeing to this offeR?
 
Advertise on BHW
1. Post only after article vetting and approval
2. Sponsored linking plus 2 more authority site links in the same post
3. Min 1k words with proper paraphrasing
4. Link out to only a site relevant to the article. Tech article linking to a plumber in NJ is a big NO
5. Use of copyrighted images
 
How much are they paying you to publish their post?

Does the post fit your site's overall brand?
 
1.Make sure content is unique and plagiarism free.
2. charge them based on your site traffics, DA, PA and TF.
3. make sure informative content.
4. Allow one follow link for 1000 words content.
 
Copyscape checks, native quality long form content relevant to your niche and ensure there are no copyrighted images.
 
@SnitchHunter Dude, make sure the sites you are linking out to aren't garbage. Vet them

Limit the number of guest posts sold every month, or add more non-guest post content to balance things out.

Make sure you're not constantly selling exact match anchor guest posts or your site is going to scream "Guest Post Mill"

Either be VERY clear about a no link building policy OR tell them they will have to seek approval for each and every link they build to the Guest Posts. Tell them loud and clear (If you build links to a Guest Post without prior approval, the post is going to get removed and the shit hole links are going to be pointed to their client's website with a 301 from that page to their client's page)

First check how much they are offering you or its a free post? nothing is free nowadays, ask them if they got another websites so you can also get a link from there, so think about mutual benefits. The paid post is not good.
 
Make sure the articles must pass copyscape, content relevancy also allow one ******** link.
 
First thing content check ,relevancy and don't allow more than one link if it goes well you will get power from that too.
 
Make sure the content is detailed and unique with at least 1000 words, and check the article with Copyscape. Because the same content may have been used on different blogs. And it should be relevant to your blog.

Always link to your existing posts from the content..and try in getting more links to the same post.
 
check whether the content is unique and not published anywhere.
Allow one link per post.
