What should be New Website Tips?

Hi Everyone,

Actually I have recently created new website. I want to make it as a guest post website properly on Real estate niche. I want some tips regarding this niche. Suggest me some tips related to which theme should i use, content strategies and What should be my main focus?

He's not allowed to sell here anyways, and you made a good call not buying from someone throwing services at you out of the blue.

As for the site, you should plan, and the execute. Invest in your keyword strategy and plan your pillars and clusters. Beware of the shiney keyword syndrome ;-)
 
My method is use SemRush or Ahrefs and download my competitor's keywords then filter some KGR's and start writing article them.

Usually I would look at all the articles ranked on that keyword and try to think of idea on how I can improve and add more value.

For example: If you have a keyword "how to sell apartments", instead of the boring title, you can use something like: 9 tips to help you improve selling apartments. I suggest checking on the current ranking article for your keywords.

The reason why I use KGR's for new blog is solely because it's not known so well by Google to be ranking it on high volume keywords.
 
Astra, Divi, OceanWP, Genesis Framework and GeneratePress are good choices for WordPress themes. They support a lot of customization even in their free version which most paid themes don't have. Also, these themes have regular updates and support.

In my personal opinion, I suggest GeneratePress for your real estate niche.
 
You need to plan and pick your keywords. Analyze your competitors and how they do. Write quality content with on depth info for the users. Optimize your site and make it easy for the users, as google cares about user experience while ranking

Once you filled your website with real estate niche contents,
you are good to go with the traffic

Make sure you do proper on page SEO for the each content and then do off page SEO to get more traffic

just focus on quality content, on page, off page seo, and try to gain more traffic..you will be able to get guest post on your site.
 
Focus mainly on On-page ,create quality articles relevant to the keywords publish them on social media platform to generate organic traffic. You need complete keyword research and use them to get organic traffic.
