what should be my followplanner settings ?

Hey ,
i have started using followplanner ,
can you suggest me what setting should i choose to warm them up ( all are old accounts )

basically i want to use that for comment purpose only . dont need followers .

so what would be the best setting should i use ?

I would like to know this too
