What should be ideal format/way to make article?

I want to know, what should be SEO friendly format while writing article like should we use table of contents, how many H2,H3 etc

Yes a variety is must for search engines like heading tags, bold text and some images with Alt tags.
However for reading point of view a starting line and an ending line is a must and should be good

What does I have to do to make my site's content gets featured in snippets? Do I have to bold that specific line or a question with long tail keyword with a answer.

How many H2, H3 tags are used should depend on content. Please check your competitor how they make the content. You should maintain the heading hirarcy.

The one that your readers like the most.
