What should a newbie know about dropshopping?

hello together,
i just recently decided to start dropshipping shortly and i wanted to talk to you before i did anything for this business. I have already read many articles here in this forum and without practical experience it is difficult to classify the information properly, whether it is really helpful or not. So I wanted to ask if you could recommend useful posts / guides in this forum or tools for a beginner in dropshipping.

I live in Germany but would design my first store for mainly US and eventually later create a German shop because the extensive terms and conditions and possible warnings make me afraid.

So i would be glad if someone reply to this thread that already have experience with stores in Germany but also I would like to privately exchange with you about general dropshipping.

Additionally a lot of partnerships are offered for dropshipping by "experts" who have already achieved success in the business. What is your opinion about this? is it perhaps better to do such a cooperation for the first store?

That it's not a get rich quick business.

That you always need to have plan B in mind. for example, if you have 1 ebay account don't be fooled that it will last forever. Ebay can just ban you for any reason without thinking twice. so always, before taking action, bear that in mind. Once you have a great dropshipping store who generate revenue, Start working on the next store and so on.
