What Services Are People Looking for the Most Right Now?

I am trying to figure out which services businesses are actively looking for the most right now. My Plan is to learn a high demand skill and build a service around it. If you were starting from scratch today, what service would you focus on and why? I'd appreciate hearing about real demand you've seen in the market.

I would look at services that help businesses get more customers or help to save time. SEO (Guest Post, Link building), local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and in Social Media (Facebook ads, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and Quora, etc.) all seem to have steady demand because they are tied to business growth.
Because these services are always help to get more calls, leads, and customers and increase efficiency and solve real business problems.
