What SERP Rank checking tool should I use?

Hi!
I have looked at both MicroSiteMasters and Rank Tracker Pro, both have given very different info from each other so I dont know which one is the right one.
Also, there are a whole load of different ones all over the internet.
Which one would you recommend?

If you are looking for a paid tool, then I suggest scerpbook and serpbuddy both works well.
