What SEO techniques work these days?

I've stayed away from this forum for almost 2 years, but now I'm back and I need to catch up with the new SEO techniques and tools that work these days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome back to the forum after 2 year of breaks .
 
As per my knowledge nowdays, You must have to build high quality links from high authority sites (DA/PA) with unique and useful contents. Unique and quality content based all the activities are helpful for SEO. Before do any link building work don`t forgot to do perfect onsite work.
 
SEO is DEAD don't work any longer...:tomato:
 
PPC starting to dominate after Google is having a crack down on SEO. PBN is the new meta to rank and bank and ain't cheap to run.
 
the era of seo is long gone, now you just need to throw money at google and big companies.
 
Use link building it still works and White hate SEO is also working good. all the best.
 
SEO is long gone, it is all about power of the mind these days. These days you have to will your sites to the number one spot, but sometimes if you try too hard they just disappear off the top of the screen and fall down the back of your monitor. I actually hoovered a few of my websites up the other day, and spent ages rooting through the bin for them. These days Pewep is mentoring the whole of BHW and learning us all how to control things via power of the mind. As you can see, things have seriously changed.

The wide variety of answers is interesting. What works for some doesn't always work for others. For example, yea PBN is going to work for affiliate sites and ranking videos etc. But probably not a good long term strategy for a Fortune 500 co. Assess your risk and decide from there.
