What SEO software should I purchase?

I dont wanna start new topic but got the same problem. Budget is $200-$300. For sure Scrapebox but what else? I have additional budget for PowersuiteSEO but now Im thinking about "automated" tools in addition. What I learn from trial powersuite SEO crappy (low PR) backlinks really dont matter any more so honest opinion guys can tools such SB or GSA can provide good baklinks? Maybe its better to order some services here of from fiveer that provide high PR backlinks?

If you are in CPA, then you must go for Content written Blog post / Guest Post. if you have more budget then you must do-follow blog comments + Bookmarking, Forum Posting, Directory, Press release and Profile links. You must do only manual links.
