So I've tested out some SEO software (and bought scrapebox, couldn't resist that nearly 50% discount 
) and the one misgiving I've had with all of them is that they don't seem to be able to "evolve" to suit your own needs. No Hands SEO, as an example, can only comment on blogs. You can't teach it to create forum accounts or to post on social bookmarking platforms, it's only useful for blogs. GSA search engine ranker can only perform what it's developer tells it to perform, which is quite a bit I'm not arguing with its power.
However I've heard that Xrumer, something I thought to be a forum spam bot, can be "taught" to post things to a variety of websites through scripts. It's way out of my price range (I'm not paying $500 for that!)
