What SEO services worked for you?

Hi,
My website went down 8 positions in google so I want to bring it back where it belongs.
Yesterday I spent all my day looking for good SEO services and I couldn't decide which ones should I go for.
I saw many threads with lots of orders but with few reviews.

I am looking for quality not quantity and I want to go up for only one keyword.
The services that worked for me until now were those made by me :) and 6.000 directory submission and blogposts.
What didn't work were services from fiverr.
Can you guys suggest me a service that worked for you?

I think you can do this (I am not sure if my BST thread will be in result or not though)

1. GO to BST
2. Click on "replies" tab so that they will be arranged by maximum number of replies
3. Now select those who were posted in last year time
4. Check out the reviews and you would be able to make decision

My suggestion is just look after for a reputed service dont go for new once in the market and also senior position matters.
