Hi, I wanted to start a movie streaming site like gomovies.to (its beautiful). I am noob in the development department So I wanted to know what scripts do I need to make a site like that.

script? you'll need some heavy-duty server space/cloud setup. Looking into Amazon AWS, highly recommended

I heard that some guys just simply create a website on WP with some "video streaming site" theme, but they store all the videos somewhere else for free (or not). So I agree with you if his goals is to store the videos on his end, though if not - A simple WP theme with VPS to serve huge amount of visitors (but not for streaming, only for web pages) would work.

I agree with @garyeastwood you will need some decent heavy duty servers with AWS ...and simply installing wordpress based website will not help you need to scale lot of things to make it work all the time . people hate when they see site slow or down for few min when it comes to streaming movies site ...your website should be completely focused on improving the user experience so you will not see irritating advertisements as well while streaming...later stage when you get more hits you can manipulate but initially you need to take a lot of things in to consideration ...as gomovies.to they are very particular when it comes to user experience.

In addition to this,you also need automation scripts for easier posting in the site.It wouldn't cost much.You'll have an automated site.

You really don't need any "scripts". Really if you want to build a streaming website, you just find various different websites that have the content you want and you can then just get the links they use/API they used and just route it through your website front-end. I've got 3 different android applications that piggyback on APIs that already exist from a mixture of other websites. I also have one that has its own "search engine" which allows me to parse upload websites theYM, VexMovies, MovieWeb etc. There is no reason why you couldn't apply this type of method to building a website.

Not too long ago i saw a post that said that all you have to do is get a host and then all te links are sourced from other streaming sites....would that work for you?

Since you have no technical experience in server administration or development, the smartest thing you could do is grabbing a cloud service like openload, store your videos there an then just embedding them in a simple wordpress site (with a decent theme).

third party hosts like openload rapidvideo arent good nowadays. look at gogoanime for example. they are using google and facebook player scripts, where you can add your own ads (banner, popup, vast). you can multiply your revenue if you use this method.
